Terms & Service Policy
1. Scope of Work
All services provided by StellarShift LLC are based on the agreed scope discussed via email or written proposal.
Work is limited strictly to the tasks outlined in:
- Written email confirmation
- Invoice description
- Or documented proposal
Any additional requests outside the agreed scope may require a separate invoice.
2. No Ongoing Support Guarantee
Unless explicitly agreed in writing:
- Services do not include ongoing maintenance
- Services do not include long-term monitoring
- Services do not include future troubleshooting beyond the agreed task
Support is limited to reasonable clarification or minor adjustments directly related to the original work.
Ongoing support, monitoring, or additional changes require a new agreement.
3. Payment Terms
A deposit may be required before work begins.
Work begins only after invoice payment is received.
Final balances are due upon completion unless otherwise agreed.
Failure to pay invoices may result in paused work or removal of access to deliverables until payment is completed.
4. Deliverables & Client Responsibility
Clients are responsible for:
- Providing required access credentials
- Supplying accurate DNS/domain information
- Providing hosting or server access
- Maintaining their own third-party accounts (Stripe, MailWizz, hosting, etc.)
StellarShift LLC is not responsible for:
- Third-party platform outages
- Hosting failures
- Policy enforcement actions by Google, email providers, or ad platforms
- Account suspensions outside of configuration work performed
5. Email & Deliverability Disclaimer
Deliverability consulting and MailWizz setup do not guarantee:
- Inbox placement
- Protection from spam filtering
- Immunity from Gmail 421 / 550 blocks
- Immunity from provider throttling
Email performance depends on:
- Sending practices
- Content quality
- List hygiene
- Infrastructure reputation
Configuration guidance is provided based on best practices, but platform enforcement decisions are outside our control.
6. Advertising & Strategy Disclaimer
Strategy consultations (Google LSA, Google Ads, email campaigns, etc.) provide planning guidance only.
Results are not guaranteed and depend on:
- Market conditions
- Budget
- Execution
- Competition
- Platform policies
No revenue guarantees are made.
7. Automation & Script Work
Custom scripts and database work are tested based on the provided environment.
Client is responsible for:
- Maintaining backups
- Hosting environment stability
- Server configuration outside agreed scope
StellarShift LLC is not liable for indirect losses caused by misuse, modification, or external system conflicts.
8. Project Timeline
Estimated timelines are not guarantees.
Delays may occur due to:
- Missing credentials
- Client response delays
- Platform review processes
- Infrastructure limitations
9. Limitation of Liability
StellarShift LLC shall not be liable for:
- Business interruption
- Revenue loss
- Data loss
- Third-party account suspension
- Email filtering or blocking actions
- Ad account bans or policy enforcement
Total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service provided.
10. Communication
All agreements and confirmations must be documented in writing (email).
Verbal requests are not considered binding unless confirmed in writing.
11. Refund Policy
Due to the technical nature of services:
- Deposits are non-refundable once work begins.
- Completed work is non-refundable.
- Strategy consultations are non-refundable.
12. Right to Refuse Service
StellarShift LLC reserves the right to refuse service for:
- Illegal activity
- Spam or abusive practices
- Fraudulent use
- Requests outside technical scope
13. Acceptance
Submitting payment or engaging services constitutes acceptance of these terms.
